FDI PROJECT SUBJECT TO REGISTRATION FOR
CERTIFICATE OF INVESTMENT
(Project less than 300 bil.VND and not subject to conditional investment fields)

I. Dossier consits of:
- Registration for Certificate of Investment (Form.I-01; Form.I-02; Form.I-03);
- Legal status of the investor (as for investor as organisation, a copy of Decision of Establishment of Business Lisence or equivelant document is required; as for investor as individual the passport is required);
- Contract of business cooperation for investment subject tobusiness partnership form;
- Financial capacity reports (the investor is to prepare and is respnosible);
- If the first time to invest in Vietnam, attached investment project is required.
- Dossier of Registration for enterprise establishment for each equivalent type (for foreign investor first time to invest in Vietnam)
II. Number of dossier: 04 in which 01 is original.
III. Time to return the resul: 16 working days from the full receipt of valid documents.

VERIFICATION OF CERTIFCATE OF INVESTMENT
(Project with scale of under 300 bil.VND and subject to conditional investment fields)

I. Dossier consists of:
- Registration for Certificate of Investment (Form.I-01; Form.I-02; Form.I-03);
- Legal status of the investor (as for investor as organisation, a copy of Decision of Establishment or Business Lisence or equivelant document is required; as for investor as individual the birth identity card/passport is required);
- Contract of business cooperation for investment subject tobusiness partnership form;
- Financial capacity reports (The investor prepares and responsible for this; As for projects using state fund, it is required to get agreement by the representative of the owner or decision of investment approval by Management Board of the Economic Corporation or Group.
- Justification on ability to meet the condition that the investment project must satisfy as required by law.
- If foreign investor investing in Vietnam for the first time, investment project is required.
II. Number of dossiers: 08 in which 01 is original.
III. Time to return the resul: 19 working days from the full receipt of valid documents.

VERIFICATION OF CERTIFCATE OF INVESTMENT
(Project with scale of over 300 bil.VND and not subject to conditional investment fields)

REGISTRATION OF AMENDED INVESTMENT PROJECT

- Document to register for certificate of amended investment project (Form.I-4; Form.I-5; Form.I-6);
- Valid copy of Certificate of Investment;
- Revised, added contract of joint venture or partnership or enterprise charter (for FDI projects).
- Report of project progress and clarification of reasons for amendment
II. Number of dossier: 04 in which 02 are original.
III. Time to return the resul: 11 working days from the full receipt of valid documents.
Guideline I-9
VERIFICATION OF AMENDED INVESTMENT PROJECT

I. Dossier consists of:
- Document to register for certificate of amended investment project (Form.I-4; Form.I-5; Form.I-6);
- Clarification for the amendment;
- Clarification for the changes compared to the verified contents for granting Certificate of Investment;
- Report on project implementation progress to the time of amendment;
- Valid copy of Certificate of Investment;
- Amended, additional contract of joint venture or partnership or enterprise charter (for FDI projects).
II. Number of dossiers: 08 in which 01 are original.
III. Time to return the resul: 19 working days from the full receipt of valid documents.
