Brief introduction:   Song Khe - Noi Hoang Indutrial Park is located by the National Highway No1A, which is 5 km from Bac Giang city, 45 km to Hanoi capital and Noi Bai International Airport, 115 km from Hai Phong port; 115 km to Lang Son Huu Nghi bordergate. The Industrial Park has an area of 180 hectares (possibly to extend to over 300 ha) by the Hoang Hai Investment and Housing Joint Stock Company and Bac Giang Ship Industrial Park Joint Stock Company as co-investor.
The infrastructure system consists of internal roads, rainwater drainage system, wastewater collection, wastewater treatment plant, post and telecommunications, banking, ICD domestic port, power station, water supply scheme from Bac Giang city. So far, 12 investment projects have been granted with certificates of investment with registered capital of VND 1,268.5 billion and $22.93 million,  50.37 ha of land leased, accounting for 46.6% of land for lease in this Industrial Park.
